Eighteen  of my pupils (grades 10 and 11) participated in the IV All-Ukrainian Competition on the English Language “Greenwich – 2013”– 17.12.2014

Two pupils became All-Ukrainain  winners –

Nazar Nolekha (grade 10) – bronze certificate 

 Aresen Lebid (grade 10) – bronze certificate

17 грудня 2013 року 18 моїх учнів 10 тф 11 класів класів взяли участь в IV Всеукраїнському конкурсі з англійської мови „Гринвіч – 2013”. Два учні стали переможцями Всеукраїнського рівня та отримали сертифікати –

Лебідь Арсен (10 клас) – бронзовий сертифікат

A cooperative English-language writing project “A Day in the Life of Ukraine 4”

I’m happy to announce that entries for ADITLOU 4 (where participants wrote about ordinary and not-so-ordinary experiences on December 1, 2013) are finally posted!

On the 18^th of February 2014 19 of my students of grades 10 and 11 took part in the IV All-Ukrainian Game on the English Language “Puzzle – 2014”.

Сongratulations on completing the edX course!

Two of my students - Sofyia Stakhiv and Nazar Polekha successfully completed the online edX course "Ideas of the Twentieth Century".

Congratulations on completing the course! 

I hope that the experience has been as interesting and informative for you.

Certificates were delivered on January 14^th, 2014.

Do you want to know the overall statistics for the course?  Here are some relevant numbers:

Total enrollment: 32,638
Number of students completing at least 1% of the coursework: 5,035
Number of student completing at least 10% of the coursework: 1,668  
Number of students attempting at least one of the 3 graded essays: 563
Number of students receiving the certificate:  1,003

Over 60% of those completing at least 10% of the coursework stuck with the course and performed well enough to earn the certificate.  

That is a true accomplishment.

Результати Всеукраїнської олімпіади з англійської мови "Олімпус" (осіння сесія)

8 листопада 2013 року 20 учнів 10-11 класів Львівського ліцею менеджменту взяли участь у Всеукраїнській олімпіаді «Олімпус», яку організовав ТзОВ «Інститут розвитку шкільної освіти» (ІРШО). Всі учасники олімпіади отримали дипломи учасників. На жаль, лауреатів серед наших ліцеїстів немає.

The Results of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad "Olympus" (English Language, autumn session)  

On November 8, 2013 the All-Ukrainian Olympiad "Olympus" was held in Lviv High School of Management. Twenty students of form 10 and 11 took part in it. All students received the diplomas of the participants.
